We guide your preparation — not just your syllabus.
Preparing for HAS (Himachal Administrative Services) and HPAS (Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services) is not just about studying books — it’s about building clarity, discipline, and confidence with the right guidance.
If you are searching for HAS coaching in Chandigarh or HPAS coaching in Chandigarh, you need an institute that understands the Himachal Pradesh exam pattern, state-specific syllabus, and the mindset required to succeed.
At Maan’s Chandigarh IAS Academy, we help aspirants prepare smartly, stay consistent, and perform confidently in every stage of the HAS/HPAS examination.
The Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service (HPAS), also known as Himachal Pradesh Allied Services (HAS), is one of the most prestigious competitive examinations conducted by the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC).
The HPAS examination opens the gateway to various Group A and B administrative positions in the Himachal Pradesh Government, such as Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tehsildar, Block Development Officer, Assistant Registrar, and others.
The HPAS Prelims Exam is the first stage of selection. It consists of two papers — both objective (MCQ type).

There is a negative marking of ⅓ for every incorrect answer.
Marks obtained in the Preliminary exam are not counted for final merit.
